Parking & Transit Benefits

Starting 1/1/2024, VNA offers pre-tax Parking & Transit benefits to permanent employees (working more than 30 hours per week) through WEX, a nationwide provider of simple, convenient and IRS-compliant transit solutions. 

The IRS allows employees to set aside pre-tax funds in an employer-sponsored program, up to certain monthly limits.  Employees then order transit and parking passes or vouchers through their local transit authorities, paying with pre-tax dollars up to the limit, and after tax for anything beyond.

Effective January 1, 2024, the monthly pre-tax limit for parking and transit benefits will increase from $300 to $315 per month.

When you are on the home page, you will see a Widget on the top right side of the home page – Click Change. 

Please remember, you will need to sign up for commuter benefits before 10th of the month for the following month’s commuter pass. (Example; sign up by January 10th for February commuter benefit)
