Short Term Disability SPDs:

• All non-union and union employees represented by a collective bargaining agreement that includes the company standard STD benefit plan (excluding Gum Springs)
• All Employees, eligible for STD coverage, excluding those covered under a collective bargaining agreement
• All active full-time hourly Gum Springs union Employees

NOTE: The Short Term Disability Plan will be revised as of January 1, 2024. Plan documents are in the process of being updated and will be posted as soon as they are available. 

Long Term Disability SPDs:

• All non-union and union employees represented by a collective bargaining agreement that includes the company standard LTD benefit plan (excluding Gum Springs)
• All active full-time hourly Gum Springs union Employees hired on or after 01/01/2020
• NOTE: The Long Term Disability Plan will be revised as of January 1, 2024. Plan documents are in the process of being updated and will be posted as soon as they are available.
