Your Medical Plan Options
At Veolia North America, choose from:
- A Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan option
- An Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) plan
- Two Health Savings Account (HSA) plan options
For 2024, United Healthcare will be the go-forward provider for most US employees (if you live in California or Hawaii, see additional information below).
UnitedHealthcare Networks:
Your UHC network will be Choice Plus if you are enrolled in the High Deductible – Gold, High Deductible Silver or PPO plans. The EPO plan is under the Choice network. Visit the Veolia UHC microsite to learn more about the 2024 plans, compare plans you are interested in, and check if your doctor is in network.

Prescription Drugs:
When you enroll in any Veolia medical plan, prescription drug coverage through Express Scripts is automatically included. Your prescription drug benefits will vary depending on which medical plan option you choose, the type of medication you are prescribed and whether you get it filled using a participating retail pharmacy or by home delivery. Virtual Visits:
Veolia offers virtual visits under all our medical plans. Download the app for UHC, Kaiser, or HMSA to learn more and set up an appointment.
Employees Living in California:
In addition to the medical plan options mentioned above, employees living in California are also offered Kaiser Permanente HMO.
