The holidays are almost here and along with the food, family and festivities, so comes trying to juggle hectic schedules and navigate end-of-year stresses. Taking steps to proactively protect your mental health and well-being can help you avoid burnout and maintain work-life balance. That’s why we are excited to invite you to the winter Wellness Webinar Series. We have collaborated with BHS, a national wellness provider, to bring you these 30-minute live webinar sessions led by a licensed mental health clinician on topics such as:

- Building Resilience During Turbulent Times, December 8, 2021, 4pm EST: Discover how to immediately build and strengthen your resilience.
- Beware of Burnout, December 15, 2021, 4pm EST: Learn strategies to prevent burnout and support others facing this same challenge.
