Basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D):

Eligible employees are automatically enrolled for company-paid basic AD&D insurance through Liberty Mutual.  AD&D insurance provides an additional benefit to you or your beneficiary in the event of certain accidental losses or death.

Supplemental AD&D:

In addition to your basic AD&D insurance, which is paid for by Veolia, you can also purchase supplemental AD&D coverage for yourself, your spouse, and/or dependent children.

*Note:  If you are represented by a bargaining unit, you may not be eligible for the benefits described above.  Please refer to your union contract, which identifies any VNA benefits for which you may be eligible.
