Purchasing Power
Overview:
Purchasing Power allows employees to purchase products they love, receive their order up front, and pay for the product over time via fixed, easy payments from their paycheck.
Eligibility:
- All exempt, non exempt hourly and/or nonunion employees, working 20 hours or more per week as of date of hire.
- Union employees – please consult your CBA to determine your eligibility.
Cost:
- Employees are responsible for 100% of the cost. Once employees order the product online, they will pay via payroll deductions.
- All purchases are made through a 12-month interest free purchase process.
- Payments are equally divided over an individual’s specific payroll frequency over the course of 12 months.
