Diabetes & Hypertension Support Program (OMADA HEALTH)
Overview:
Veolia North America has partnered with Omada, a personalized diabetes and hypertension management program that surrounds you with tools and one-on-one coaching support you need to reach your health goals, whether that’s losing weight, managing medications, or improving your overall health.

Eligibility:
Veolia employees and their dependents enrolled in the UHC medical plans who are pre-diabetic, have been recently diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, or are living with diabetes and/or who have hypertension are eligible for the program and encouraged to participate. (Must be 18 or older.)
Cost:
Veolia will cover the entire cost of the program.
