Update Information (Dependent Social Security Number (SSN) or Change Dependent/Beneficiary Information)

Overview:

• The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires employers to report all individuals receiving medical coverage to the IRS, including Social Security Numbers (SSNs).
• Veolia must collect missing dependent SSNs to maintain compliance.

Two Easy Ways to Update Information:

  • Select ‘Benefits Profile’
  • Choose ‘Update Dependent/Beneficiary Information’
  • Enter required information
  • Submit changes
