Veolia Benefits App

We are excited to share with you that Veolia has a new mobile app from benefitexpress, our benefits administration provider. The mobile app will provide you with all your benefits information on-the-go, click HERE . 

You will be able to:

 ▪View all your current (and future as applicable) benefits information including plan features and details such as provider names and contact information, coverages, costs and dependents and beneficiaries

▪Receive notifications for important benefit related news or actions so you won’t miss any due dates

▪Access the full enrollment site to complete actions such as a life event or upload documentation

▪Snap a quick picture of your id cards and store them in the app so you have them all in one place

▪Have the call center number handy if you have any benefits related questions

How to get started:

▪If you are a new hire, you will need to enroll in benefits before you download the app. You can do that here <insert link to My Benefits Express site.>

▪If you are a current employee, simply download the app (called benefitexpressway) from either the App Store or Google Play. 

▪Once you have downloaded, you will log into the app using the same user name and password you use for our benefits enrollment site. If you don’t know what your user id or password is, please reach out to Benefit Express at 844-690-0918. I hope you enjoy the convenience of having all your benefits information easily accessible, where and when you need it.
