401(k) Savings Plans

Veolia North America is invested in the financial future of our employees and strives to offer competitive pay and benefits. As a part of this plan, Veolia offers the 401(k) Program, consisting of two separate plans.

As of January 1, 2025, the majority of employees participate in the Veolia North America 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan. You may find information on the plan HERE. 

Some  employees participate  in the Veolia Water Resources 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan. You may find information on the plan HERE.

If you are unsure which plan you participate  in, you can access your account using the instructions below. If you are represented by a bargaining  unit, please consult your Collectively Bargained  Agreement (CBA) to determine your eligibility for a plan. 

Accessing Your Account:

Access your Plan account online at nb.fidelity.com or contact a Fidelity representative  at (800) 835-5099  and select option 1. Representatives  are available Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 12am ET (excluding most holidays). Click HERE for detailed  instructions on how to create a new NetBenefits account. You may establish your NetBenefits username and password at nb.fidelity.com if you haven’t registered already.

If you are a new user, click Register as a New User and follow the steps online. If you already have Fidelity login credentials, use those same credentials to log onto NetBenefits.

Once logged in, you will see all of your Fidelity accounts in one place, including your Veolia North America 401(k) accounts.
