Health Care Assistance from Health Advocate

Overview: 

HealthAdvocate offers you and your family the following free concierge services to help you:

• Help to resolve insurance claim problems
• Answer questions about test results, treatments and medications
• Assist with elder-care issues, including Medicare and in-home care
• Locate doctors, hospitals, dentists and other providers
• Aid in the transfer of medical records, X-rays and lab results
• Get cost estimates for common medical procedures

Eligibility:

• All exempt, non exempt hourly and/or nonunion employees, working 20 hours or more per week as of date of hire.
• Union employees  – please consult your CBA to determine your eligibility.

Cost: 

• Provided at no additional cost to eligible employees
