COBRA Rates

Overview: 

• COBRA Rates are based on the plan an employee is enrolled in.
• The COBRA Administrator for Veolia North America is Wex. 
• Once Wex receives notice that a qualifying event has occurred, COBRA continuation coverage will be offered to each of the qualified beneficiaries. The COBRA Notice will be mailed to the qualified beneficiaries home address.

Eligibility: 

• COBRA continuation coverage is available to employees and covered dependents who lose eligibility for Veolia’s medical, dental, and/or vision plans due to either termination of employment or a qualifying life event. 
• To be eligible, individuals must be enrolled in the applicable benefit plans on the day before the qualifying event occurs..
