Benefits Overview: 

Welcome to Veolia! We are proud to offer a benefits program that is helpful in keeping our employees, and their dependents, healthy and secure. Please review the information below carefully. 

How long do I have to enroll in benefits as a new hire?  

    • You will have 45 days from your hire date to enroll in certain benefits.
    • The first day you can enroll is the Monday following your date of hire. 

Where can I find information about the benefits?

    • Review your benefit enrollment materials under the Resources sections 
    • Take some time to explore the YourVeoliaBenefits.com – each benefit has its own resources and plan documents. 

How do I enroll in benefits? 

    1. Single Sign-on Option: Automatic sign-on is available to the Benefits Enrollment System if you select the link while navigating from One Hub or while logged in to your @veolia.com email and click this link – 
    2. Log in with Username and Password: If you are logging in from an external computer that does not connect to the Veolia intranet, then you should click the applicable link below.
      • I am on my home computer or mobile device
      • Instructions for Logging In:
        • Step 1: Your username is Veolia followed by your employee ID number (no spaces) Example: Veolia10012345
        • Step 2: Your initial password is your full Date of Birth followed by the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Example: if your birthday is 01/05/1975 and your social security number is 123456789, your default password will be 010519756789.
        • Step 3: Click LOGIN
    3. Enroll via Phone: If you prefer to enroll by phone, contact the Veolia Benefits Center at (844) 690-0918 and a representative can walk you through the process and assist with questions you may have.

When do my benefits go into effect? 

    • All exempt, non exempt hourly and/or nonunion employees, working 20 hours or more per week as of date of hire
    • Temporary employees working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for medical and Basic Life Insurance coverage immediately following 60 days of service. 
    • Union employees  – please consult your CBA to determine your eligibility. 

What is the dependent verification process?

    • A dependent verification is required when enrolling your dependents onto your benefit plans.
    • Timeframe – You have 45 days from the date of hire to enroll and verify your dependents.
    • Review – Veolia Acceptable Forms of Documentation For Dependent Verification/Substantiation
      • We suggest that you have your documentation available electronically (for example, take a picture of your marriage certificate) so you can upload it as you enroll.
    • Upload your dependent documentation onto the Benefit Enrollment site and you will receive notification once the dependent has been approved for verification.
      • The dependents will be marked as pending until the verification process has been completed.
    • You will receive a confirmation that your dependent has been verified
    • If you do not provide documentation within 45 days, you will not be able to enroll the dependent onto your plan unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event or until Annual Enrollment.

Cost: 

  • Please visit the Rate Sheet on YourVeoliaBenefits.com site. 
  • Employees will see the cost per pay period when you log into the Benefit Enrollment system. 
  • Employees may elect coverage and will pay via payroll deductions.
