Caregiver Leave (Veolia Cares)

Overview: 

Caregiver Leave Policy provides up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave within any 12-month rolling period to eligible employees for family caregiving purposes.

Veolia encourages employees who have the need for a leave of absence for matters involving family, medical or similar reasons to contact the Lincoln Financial Group, Veolia’s leave administrator as soon as possible.

Eligibility:

  • All exempt, non exempt hourly and/or nonunion employees, working 20 hours or more per week as of date of hire. 
  • Union employees  – please consult your CBA to determine your eligibility. 

Cost: 

  • Provided at no additional cost to eligible employees
